• Library card applications are available at the library.
• Applicants must provide proof of their current mailing address when filling out the application. Examples of items that can be used are a driver's license or recent bill. 
• Applicants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will sign the application and take responsibility for the account.
• Applicants may check out three items immediately, gaining full privileges after receiving their library card in the mail.

Please report a lost or stolen library card immediately, since you are responsible for all items borrowed on your card. Also, please notify the library of any phone number or address changes.
