Parents are encouraged to enroll their children under the age of 5 in the program, which through a partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, will provide all enrolled children in Clinton County a new book in the mail each month.

You are able to enroll online here, or paper enrollment forms are available at the library. The program is free of charge for all families.

The Ohio Governor's Imagination Library plans to be active in all of the state's 88 counties by the end of the year.

The OGIL is made possible in Clinton County by the Blanchester Public Library, Sabina Public Library, Wilmington Public Library, Air Transport Services Group, Inc., and the Clinton County Foundation.
