Youth Summer Reading 2025
Active ImageAnyone looking to get creative this summer should visit the library.

The library is offering a multitude of programs, activities and prizes for children 12 and under during its Summer Reading event, "Color Our World."

Children may register for Summer Reading at any time, with all children who register receiving a bag that includes reading logs, coupons, etc., and a library yard sign.

Children can earn prizes just for reading and filling out and returning their logs through July 31.

The library also is hosting weekly storytimes through July 31, as well as a new Tween Hangout ideal for 10- to 12-year-olds. The hourlong sessions at 2 p.m. each Tuesday will feature free snacks and activities.
