National Library Card Sign-Up Month
Active Image September is Library Card Sign-Up Month, when the Blanchester Public Library wants to make sure that all children have the most important school supply of all a library card.

Getting a new library card is free and easy. Children under the age of 18 just must have the signature of a parent or guardian, with proof of their current address. Anyone may get a card for the Blanchester Public Library; you do not have to live within the Blanchester Local School District.

All new library card applicants receive a convenient card set, which features a regular-sized card and a keychain card.

Also, to celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month, you can try to do enough activities to fill out this bingo card from the American Library Association.

Active ImageLibrary cardholders who have lost their cards or wish to replace their cards with a new card set will be charged a $1 replacement fee.
