Masks in the library
Active ImageWe are once again recommending that all patrons who are able to please wear a mask in the library.

Based on CDC recommendations for Clinton County, which has one of the highest case rates of COVID-19 in the state, all library staff members have resumed wearing masks. The library strives to continue to provide excellent customer service while also maintaining a safe environment for the staff, patrons and community as we continue to fight COVID-19.

The library is open from noon to 6 p.m. weekdays, 1-4 Saturday. We also are offering curbside pickup during these hours.

Disposable masks are available near the front entrance, along with hand sanitizer.

A limited number of computers are available for public use for up to 1 hour.

Seating throughout the library is limited. The study room is available for reservation for individual use or by two family members for up to 1 hour.

We encourage you to continue to take advantage of our curbside pickup service. Patrons may reserve items at any time through the library's online catalog, the COOL Libraries app, or by sending a list of items by e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Patrons also may call the library at 937.783.3585 during library hours to reserve items. Patrons will be notified when their items are ready to pick up. Just call the library to let us know you are here to pick up your items, and your bag of items will be brought to your car.

Items may be returned in the library bookdrops in the front of the building, the slot at the Circulation Desk, or the return bins in the side parking lot.
